Seems like everybody loves open source software - until they spend a few hours writing code. Then suddenly they all turn into Bill Gates.
I have a plugin I just wrote that imports orders from eBay and adds them to nopCommerce 3.70.
I know, it's not the first plugin out there to do this. But it works. And it's free. No, not the web definition of "free" (which we all know really means it costs money) - really free. Like you can have it and use it forever and do whatever the hell you want to do with it.
I would like to release it to the open source community with source code. So folks can use it "as is" - improve it and contribute back to the community - or just copy it and use it as a starting point for some bigger plugin.
I do this because I have been using nopCommerce for many years now - for free - and I feel a slight obligation to give back to the community that has given so much to so many others.
So my question is - where should I post this where it would get the most exposure to nopCommerce users? So that a new user would be able to find it easily.
Is this something the nopCommerce team might be interested in including in the plugins folder of the next release? I think eBay integration should be a core feature of nopCommerce.
Thanks for all you do
