Mega Menu plugin issue

Hi all,

I have a problem in mega menu plugin. When i add any new category or change category name from admin panel in my website, the changes take 1 hour time to reflect in the mega menu tab. The changes in the internal pages occur in few seconds. But on mega menu tab it is taking a lot of time. I am not getting why is this happening? Can anybody help me?

Try after clearing cache or restart application from admin page top right corner
