Should I be concerned about these searches?

I've had a number of searches in my store recently which appear to be hacks or data manipulation attempts.  Should I be concerned about these?

Can anyone with better knowledge of C# or web technology tell me what the user(s) was/were trying to accomplish?  Is there some kind of vulnerability that this application might be subject to?  I understand a little about SQL injection, and these appear to me to be attempts at it.

For the record, I tried to include a few examples and this website told me I was blocked.  So, they must be dangerous.  Maybe I could email them to someone?

Please post an example of these "hacks or data manipulation attempts."

Appears as if someone is prodding for vulnerabilities, as stated in a response to your SO post.  They won't be able to gain anything by performing this action.
