Discount Rule

I want to make new rule for discount coupon, how can make discount in minimum of total order.
for example if the total is more than 100$ then discount will apply.

Use a Discount Requirement Rule, which can be downloaded form the marketplace  (be sure to see that it matches your nopCommerce version)
