Recaptcha V3 upgrade

Do anyone know how to upgrade Recaptcha to  V3 For any of the NopCommerce Version?

I would like to recommend to check user address IP and filter traffic by IP range (for country zones) that not relevant to website.

This approach can reduce tremendously the Genetic records used for each user session.

So, if recaptcha validation is false - no need to save generic table record.
