Nopcommerce installation on plesk ERROR

Good news, I done !

I download nopcommerce no source, upload it with filezilla after that It give me error for permission on few document, after I allow permission, I get my website run !

Maybe for my previous atempt with visual studio and source code, it is the permission for few document like .log, .wwwroot etc..

But to allow permission I need to access a file on my cpanel without this how I can allow ?

Running locally (e.g. visual studio) but connecting to a remote SQL Server, does not "need to access a file on my cpanel".  You need to be able to connect to remote SQL server (which your host may not allow).   Even if they do, it is not recommended that you run both locally (VS) and hosted at the same time, because you don't want two sites accessing the same database at the same time.  Install a local SQL server for your local development.
