Hi there, i want to "add image option" to default productreview plugin. I have little .netcore2 experience, tell me how to make it?

Out of the box, Product Reviews is not a "Plugin".  Do you wish to modify core code, or create a plugin to override it?

(Look in marketplace, there may be 3rd party Product Review Plugins)

please refer existing plugin structure then make plan to create new plugin then you can start
