NopCommerce and WAMP

I want to configure nopcommerce to work with WAMP. I'm a bit of a newbie with this, but am doing my best to learn. It just doesn't seem like there's a lot of information out there about pairing the two programs.

Here's the screen I'm presented with in WAMP, but I haven't got a clue what it is actually asking me to do.

Any help would be appreciated.

Alternatively, should I use Azure? (I'd have to find out what the hell that is, as I have never heard of it, just seen it mentioned a bunch of times)
