Problem Displaying Flags

Hi Guys:

I have a problem with the interface (1.9). My screen is showing a dropdown list with the languages instead of the flags. They are already shown in the administration back end. What can I do to solve this? I want users to see the flags.

Go to Admin area > Configuration > Global Settings, 'Other' tab. Ensure that 'Use images for language selection' is checked
