Installing with Installation Wizard problem

While trying to install with installation wizard I get this message at the bottom of the screen #3 "The database 'mynewdatabase' doesn't exist!"

Anyone know why I get this message.  I know the database do exist.

Make sure your login is correct and that the user has permission to create tables.
