when i am trying to add plugin NopCommerce cash on delivery , its asking 4.4 is required, i am trying to add 4.3 only, i can see in folder only plugins up to 4.3, where i can get these plugin for 4.4. Please help. getting below error.

nopCommerce 4.40 is in development. (I.e. not yet released for production).
You will need to upgrade the cash on delivery plugin yourself. That said, they've probably not yet made any breaking changes, so you can try editing the plugin.json file and change 4.30 to 4.40 in the "SupportedVersions", and it may work OK.
