Strange 404 error on default store front

Hi,
Hope somebody could help as I have a strange issue after a fresh installation of nopCommerce v4.2, using the default theme I automatically logged into the Admin site and all works well, but when accessing the store I receive a 404 error is video attached, checked the database and the theme is correct (see image), never had this issue before anybody can shed some light, but be very much appreciated.

Odd that the entire site goes missing after a theme switch, is there a public URL we can look at?  Or if you hit F12 to open your browser's devtools, its network tab will give more insight if there is a specific resource that can't be found.

Why when we  enter the admin panel, the language does not activate automatically unless we go
Configure -> Language -> Edit and refresh page.  (nopCommerce 4.40.3)
