Upgrade from 4.4 to 4.5 - which files to copy

Hello,
I want to upgrade from 4.4 to 4.5 and the readme file says "3. Upload new site files".
I dont know what that means. Can you please tell me which files should I upload and how?

Basically nearly all the files need to replaced
- One way is to start with a new directory and copy in all the files from the v4.5 publish

- Then If you want to try and keep the config from v4.4
    Then copy in the App_Data\appsettings.json setup file
    from v4.4 and copy to the new directory
- You can copy in the App_Data\plugins.json setup file but you need to ensure that any third party plugins copied in are compatible with v4.5

- Another way is the run the install on the new install to create a new setup then later edit the appsettings.json to point to the new database.
Then install plugins compatible with v4.5
