Membership Level

Is there a way to set and manage different level of Membership so that certain paying users can see/buy certain items on site?

so to confirm:
...I can create as many categories as I want.
...I can add the same product to as many categories as I need

the whole thing will work if the assigned roles are set appropriately.

So the question now is
