NuGut package show yellow triangle.

Hello,

I reinstalled my computer.
Now the NuGet packages are no longer updated.
All NuGet packages show a yellow triangle.
My package sources are:
https://api.nuget.org/v3/index.json
https://www.nuget.org/packages/

I use Windows 11, Nop 4.6.03
The .net 6, .net 7 and the framework 4.81 are installed

This is also what I see, the Microsoft.Azure.Services.AppAuthentication
System.IO.FileSystem.AccessControl
System.Linq.Dynamic.Core

what is used in NopCommerce is deprecated.

Can anybody help me further?

Microsoft Visual Studio Professional 2022 (64-Bit) - Current
Version 17.6.5

You have download and opened the Solution
You did not update the Packages - if you did then you cant do that
Start with a new fresh version of nopCommerce
