The best support ever
I had a very difficult problem with the API credentials and the foxnetsoft support was unbelivable... They supported me for days.. And at the end they fixed all the italian DHL problems.
I bought your plugin collections and it worth all the euros. Your support is really the best in the nopcommerce world :).

Does not work for German Customers
Customers who have a contract in Germany and use the https://geschaeftskunden.dhl.de/ portal have to use the API
https://api-eu.dhl.com/parcel/de/shipping/v2/  and not the DHL Express Global Webservices (GloWS)

The plugin support the public (global) DHL API. Some of countries has the local DHL API, you need to ask the DHL support to use the public DHL API.

Great Component
Having tried 1 other component which was very buggy and missing functionality it was a relief to come across Foxnet's DHL component.  Hoping they could develop on for ARAMEX too as rates to other parts of the world like the Middle East and Singapore are much cheaper using ARAMEX.

Yes, this plugin uses the Global DHL API. Read our documentation, create DHL API credentials (DHL assistant has to do it) and try the trial version.

Excellent plugin and support

Some Suggestions
It's a good plugin but I think it will be better if these features will be added:

While creating the label:

1. It should allow adding custom dimensions for the package. There are some pre-set package dimensions but they are not enough and cannot match everything. So, user should be allowed to add dimensions manually.

2. It should allow setting the package value manually. Currently, plugin takes the order value by default but sometimes, it's needed to set different values than order total.

3. It shows the Receiver name with CDATA on the label like:

![CDATA[FoxNetSoft]]

This issue should be fixed.
