My website is set up to take paypal standard as payment and I'm receiving a large number of orders with no payment. I think some customers are having problems. Here is a note from one customer:
"I have tried to order from your site twice, but each time I try to pay through paypal, they cancel the payment and say that the address I gave your site is wrong. I've reviewed the address several times and I can see no problem with it. Is it possible there is an issue on your end? "
Does anybody have any suggestions for anything I might change? I'm pretty sure I'm missing out on a number of orders. Also my inventory gets changed with each order that goes through whether I get payment or not. Then I have to go in and manually fix it.
Anybody use paypal payments pro?
