bug version 2.0, command confirm takes several minutes using big databases

Thanks Andrei, the difference is visible, I will check other tables as we had the same problem with QueuedEmail, I don't know if it has already been solved.

Andrei, I know this bug was solved but I still have a part of the problem.
The line

discount.DiscountUsageHistory.Add(duh);

in PlaceOrder method takes a very long time while I have 15000 lines in the DiscountUsageHistory table.

This problem is terrible for me, and I do now how you had solved similar bug on QueuedEmail etc.
