NopCommerce Extensions

I was looking on the extensions section of the website and saw an extension that I would like to use.  It is the one where you can put a part number on a variant.  Now that I have downloaded how to I load it to the site.  Do I load over the files that are already there?  Please help!

If yes I think you need to compile it.

Ensure you have installed visual studio 2010 on your local, include the extensions to yoursolution and build the solution or project.
