I think I found it. I located a facebook website which allows you to register your project. http://developers.facebook.com/setup
Once you register your website get the appId and app secret. I haven't tested it on a live site yet but I believe that is what it was looking for.

Some how managed to setup but when i login from the website.
Account Association: Your new user account will be linked to <some number>
but could not proceed to login page. (brower : firefox)
