Google Checkout Call Back Error version 1.90

I went live with a new site under NC version 1.90.  I receive the following error when using the Google Checkout.  The error on Google is as follows: We encountered an error trying to access your server at https://getchia.com/GooglePostHandler.aspx - the error we got is java.io.IOException: Error 'CONNECTION_ERROR' connecting to url 'https://getchia.com/GooglePostHandler.aspx'

On Google I'm using version 2.5 api and I have digitally signed checked.

Is there any webconfig file changes required or anything else required to correct this error?  Please HELP!!

Do you have SSL installed for your domain? Also try to set API to 2.2

Thank You for your response.  Yes, I have an SSL Cert applied.  I tried 2.0 & 2.5.  I will attempt 2.2.
