How to change Place order email format..?

Please tell me if possible.

Admin section > Content Management > Message templates. Then you edit the OrderPlaced.CustomerNotification or OrderPlaced.StoreOwnerNotification depending on what you want to change. The template is in HTML with predefined tokens in it (order number, etc).
