Email newsletters

Is their any features of sending the newsletters through admin i.e.

-Content creation for the email
-Send a test email
-Send the bulk email to the customers subscribed to the newsletters during sign-up or my account.

Most definatly,

please take a look at:

Administration > Promotions > Campaigns > Add new,

This will send bulk emails.
