Javascript Bomb-out During PayPal Payment

here's the file: global.js

Here's where it's bombing out:

M.call(P,"DOMReady",[],N)

Error Message: Does not support property  or Method 'call'

This happens during the PayPal Express payment process.

Any Ideas?

If its old try updating and replacing the Java scripts.
