Template and payment gateway for Nop 2.4 to 2.5 Upgrade

Hi All

Does anyone know if I can take my Nop 2.4 template and use it in Nop 2.5 without having to make any changes to the template as it currently is?

Also I had a payment gateway that was developed for Nop 2.4 - Will the payment gateway work in Nop 2.5, or has something changed in Nop 2.5 that will prevent it from working?

The only way to really know is to load the new version and test it t o see if it's still functioning without any issues.
