On Checkout is there a way to remove shipping

I have a website for prepaid cellphone providers and we do all the payments on the backend is there a way to remove the shipping on the checkout process so they dont get confused.

Most customers just want to pay and keep it moving if I make them fill out a shipping form they will think that the payments will get shipped to them.

If NONE of the products in the cart have "Shipping enabled:" checked (on product variant page), then the Shipping page of checkout is not displayed.
