Can someone specify what the needs are to develope in the new version 2.70 with ASP.NET4.5 like:

What version of VS2012 can be used(Express or full)?

Other downloads needed?

Upcoming nopCommerce 2.70 will use .NET 4.5 and MVC 4. And VS 2012 is enough for working with it

Forgot to answer this question. Previous version could be successfully opened in VS2010 express (a note: solution folders were not supported). I presume the same can be told about VS2012, express should be fine.

I'll be able to use VS2010 with nop 2.7 ? I will just have to install 4.5 framework on my computer and MVC 4 ?

No, you will need VS2012
