Several of my customers have had issues checking out because the state selection drop-down box automatically selects "AA" after the country is selected. They have had challenges getting their orders to process after that point.
Has anyone created a fix with a "------" state option that forces a customer to choose the state?
PayPal will reject the order if it isn't correct. [I've fixed this part however PP still captures the state as AA].
