Cannot find Guest checkout option

Hello all,
My site is not public yet, just updated to 2.70 now only I realizled that I dont have Gust Checkout option. Tried to locate the option with no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

Figured out.
In Admin->Order Area->Anonymous check out
