The Payments.Robokassa plugin

Hello,

I've downloaded the following plugin and compiled it against NOP v3.10:

The plug-in supports v3.00 as per description. I did not find any settings about supporting version and it was compiled successfully. I copied the "Presentation\Nop.Web\Plugins\Payments.Robokassa\" folder into the Plugins folder on my NOP server. But when I refresh the plugins list, the plugin is not available. Is there any trick or setting to make it available? I also noticed that the Plugins\bin folder is empty. Should it contain any plugin assemblies?

All I had to do is to modify the plug-in's "description.txt" file.

Не получилось вставить плагин https://www.nopcommerce.com/p/1082/robokassa-payment-plugin-russian.aspx для 3.7 подскажите как его интегрировать.

Данный плагин доступен пока только для версии 3.60
