Admin area access

I've added an user to admin group. But he's trying to visit admin area he's redirected to login page. What's the problem?

The user should clear cookies

I noticed there was a problem when you added an empty space on the end of the email address when signing in.  I think it validates the user (if password is correct obviously) but then redirects the user from admin to regular homepage.

Go to admin area. Select an customer and check "Is admin" box
