Hi, I am sure someone would have asked this question earlier, but I could not find it. Does one need to have programming or coding knowledge to be able to set up a store using one of Go Daddy's applications? I cannot use Quick Store Builder since it does not offer an option to bill the customers in Indian currency. Therefore I need to chose between nopCommerce or Zencart or OS Commerce or any other such application. Which of them is better? I am setting up a very small store but need most of the features.

Hi there
You don't have to be .NET developer.
Just follow instructions for no-source package.
https://www.nopcommerce.com/docs/79/installing-nopcommerce.aspx
BTW, installing on GoDaddy is a bit tricky if you have no skills with webconfig file, but spend couple minutes searching for compatibility of GoDaddy and Entity Framework version 6
and everything will be fine.

About second question. This is nopCommerce forum site, so I believe, that most users will give their votes for nopCommerce,
but you may find useful info here

Hi, Thanks for your reply. Go daddy's quick website tool was really simple. No uploading file o the server etc. I looked at other options, but it seems each of them require some bit of understanding of programming or SQL or handling minor installation issues. I am not comfortable at  any of this. I looked at your link and then looked at X-Cart: even that appears to require basic comfort in handling various files/file extensions. Isn't there something as simple as Go Daddy product - I cannot use simply because they o not allow products to be sold in our currency.

Many hosts offer a " a nopCommerce 1-click installer".  For example, see SmarterASP.NET
