administrator add order and change to cust

I have a need to allow the administrator to enter the order and change the owner of the order to be a customer after it has been entered. Is there a way to accomplish this via the administrator dashboard?

Your question is little confusing,

So in your situation admin is the one who will be placing orders instead of online customers ? and later on admin will be transferring orders to customers ?

Or you mean online customers will place orders but you need feature to change the customer, like x placed an order and you want to change x to y, am i right ?

If you're looking for a feature to change the customer who placed an order then as far as i know this feature is not included in the nopCommerce 1.4version.

It is possible by some coding, so i guess you need to write some codes in order to accomplish your requirement.
