We moved our DNS to ClourFare Free Plan to test it and have run some tests before and after the change.

1- This is our site report before: http://www.webpagetest.org/result/151210_F2_JVB/

2- This is now: http://www.webpagetest.org/result/151210_NJ_KTT/

The big speed increase was at DNS Lookup and Initial Connection times and some gain on TTFB too (once it depends a lot from server capacity and nopcommerce).

We are making more tests now, but for sure CloudFare gives good improvements.

Glad to see it has helped, there are quite a few adjustments you can make like using the Rocket Script which is really good, but it can cause issues in some places, but you can disable problem scripts using Rocket by adding the following to the script tag: data-cfasync="false", this excludes Rocket from the script, and will fix any issues.

Yes I have a pro Account which is $20 per month for the first domain then after that it's only $5 per domain, so if you have a few different domains it may be worth upgrading to the pro version, funny enough I setup a proofing site using 3.70 on Cloudflare last night for a customer.

This is using a clean install, with no custom changes, so as you can see this is very fast, I am also using Cloudflare SSL as well, which will also give you Google Brownie points.
