Issue with Discount coupon

Hello

I am facing an issue with the discount coupon

Ideally the discount should be shown only when the user enters the discount coupon. This happens when a user is not signed in.

However if a user is logged in the discount automatically gets applied without entering the coupon code

Is this a known bug. I am using 1.4

You can manage discounts in admin area > promotions > discounts. Just ensure that "Requires coupon code" is checked
