Billing and Shipping for Digital Downloads

I have a question relating to the Digital Downloads section of nopcommerce.

I will be placing online downloadable pictures payable via paypal only so:

Q -1) How to i bypass the Billing Address?

Q - 2) How do i bypass the shipping address?

Neither of these are required when no shipping/payment details are required when paying via paypal.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated... and thanks for a truely amazing product :)

Ok, I have found where you can disable the Shipping which was question no 2, but still cannot find where to disable the billing if anyone can help.
