ShoppingCartManager and ProductManager Class

First of all, thank you for this great product!  nopCommerce is amazing!
I am new and learning ASP.Net right now.  And I am trying to get some hand on experience.

I am studying the ShoppingCartManager and the ProductManager classes.
Would you help me to see where I can find any class diagram or any document that teach me how to use these two classes please?
