Hey guys,
It might be useful to allow the HasUserAgreement function to be available for any type of product variant. I have a client that sells novelty items and they insist on the user acknowledging the fact that the product is (pick one); not safe for sports, not safe for kids under age X, etc... and is for novelty and/or entertainment purposes only... yada, yada.
It looks like the HasUserAgreement function *might* work for this type of site as well as for downloadable products.
