Connecting wpf application to NopCommerce

i want access specific service like as shopping cart,Login Page,GetallCategoery..etc in my wpf application
how it can possible ? please help me..

Are there any UWP client sample to use the REST service?
Due to some reason, the OAuth 2.0 does not work... guess its to do with Redirect URL expectation.
