Point of Sale as well as eCommerce?

Still VERY new to nopCommerce, is there a way to use nop as a Point Of Sale and ecommerce?

Here is the setup I am thinking of:

Customers can order on-line and pickup at the store
Customers can order on-line and have delivered

Employee can create an order, have the customer pay and leave with the goods
Employee can fill a "Pick-up" order have the customer pay and leave with the goods

I don't want the employee to have access to the admin portion of the site (for security reasons), or at least not be able to deal with delivered orders

I will need to know who marked the pick-up order paid (or at least be able to know which were paid)

The reason I want to be able to do this, is that I want to be able to pay a commission to the employees based on the order they fulfilled.
