Implement the administration PRODUCT SEARCH in public store

I want to implement the Manage Products SEARCH of ADMIN in Public store.
To be more clear, I want the customer to be able to search product by category & manufacture as in the admin site.
Since this already implemented in admin , can I just use the same code? Can anybody pleasae give me idea how do simply call that page in public store?

Start in administration/modules/Products.ascx

You can see how the controls on the page are populated (eg the manufacture drop down) etc.

You should be able to use most of the code but you are going to have to modify it and have a vuage idea what it all does.

Advanced search will be available in the next release
