PayPal Express Checkout missing customer phone #

We have a store using PayPal Express Checkout, however, it's missing the customer phone # which is required by our case. How to resolve this issue? Thanks!

Just got this issue on 4.10 using paypal express. We need the phone number for shipping merchants. Did you ever resolve?
