How to add topic page??

Hi! When a new customer registers i.e enter his details and click on register, a page(actually a wizard) appears mentioning that he has been registered and that he should go to his email id to activate the link send....
I want to show a topic page instead of the above wizard display...

How to create a topic page.. and achieve the above said...

I don't fully understand -  do you want to remove the registartion wizard completely

or do you want a topic page to appear after registration is complete?
