SUGGESTION: add method for "View all" blog tags

Hello-

I'd like to suggest a simple feature be added to the existing blog tag cloud.."View all"
It should work just like the /producttags/all method, but show a page with all of the blog tags instead of the product tags.

This will be helpful for admins with old/active blogs because currently, it is necessary to increase the blog tag cloud to a very high number in order to show all possible tags, which can make the page columns appear unbalanced.
