Russian language pack 1.60

I have translated nopCommerce 1.60. My translation based on Russian Language Pack 1.50 made by Anton Tonkushin.
Translated:
1) All tools in administration panel
2) Message templates
3) New site tools, such as search
4) Fixed some little mistakes in prev translation

I want to create a UKRAINIAN LANGUAGE PACK and need your assistance in the procedure of creating such a pack. Also, I want to know if i could use the RUSSIAN Pack as a basis for my translation since we will be translating from Russian to Ukrainian. Please cc a copy of your reply to [email protected]

Please confirm. I openned your Russian Lagghuge XML zip file the Copied and Paste the code into Notepad. I will make the translation from Russain to Ukrainian in Notepad since it does not allow me to correct in XML (unless there is a better way of doing this). Please confirm if I could convert the Notepad file back into .XML and if it will work as a language pack, and if I should save the original .txt file in "Unicode" or "Unicode big endian"

Try notepad++ it is better. Originally nopCommerce use  UTF-8 without BOM, it means that you should use big-endian, just convert your file in UTF-8 without BOM in notepad++
