Installation and write permission for the directories

Hi,

I'm trying to install nopCommerce on a leased hosting. The configuration fails while the FTP user has write permissions (when I log in with this account I can create folders and files).
Has this case ever occurred? Is there a way around this check because I cannot change the FTP user rights myself?

the FTP user may not be the IIS user.

It is not the IIS user but a FTP user created specifically for use.

I know that. But the diagnostic message from the installation process is related to my FTP user and I don't understand why.
Never mind, I've decided to not use nopCommerce but another solution.
