Is there a Default Ship-To, USPS, ZipDestination for Checkout?

I am currently using Nopcommerce 3.70, with the Seven Spikes Nop One Page Checkout, hosted on Azure cloud services.

At checkout I get the following warning:

Shipping (USPS (US Postal Service)). USPS Error returned: Error Desc: Missing value for ZipDestination.USPS Help Context:

This is due to the fact that the user has not included any shipping information yet and so it has no Destination Postal Code with which to offer shipping options.

Question: Is there a way to supply a default shipping destination so that this red warning doesn't show to my customers?

There is no default ship-to address.  You should ask nopTemplates how the error can be prevented.
