custom order form

I am using nopcommerce 3.8. I want to add a custom order form for example if a customer come to my store and did not find what he wants, he can ask us for the product by giving customer details (name, phone number, address and etc.) and product discretion in textarea.  Will arrange that product for the customer.

You can also use a 3rd party form builder service, e.g. https://www.formsite.com/. You create a form on the service and then place generated JavaScript snippet to a Topic page.
