Nop Commerce 4.0 - Unable to load DLL 'libuv'

In NopCommerce 4.0 I'm getting the following error when I set the Platform target of Nop.Web to Any CPU -

Does anybody know why this is happening?


DllNotFoundException: Unable to load DLL 'libuv': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)

Just change targeted platform to 64 bit for now until this issue is corrected.

Got latest a week ago, same problem. No sure how I am going to do development on 32bit machine, VS2017 won't install on my Win2012 servers :(

Try to Check your Nop.Web/csproj.cs file.  or get the default  Nop.Web csproj.cs
