Is It possible to combine separate products into a combo package?

ie.  My site sells footballs and dvds (this is an example)

Football costs $10
DVD costs $5

I want to see them both together for $12.

I realize I can just create a new product that includes both products, but I was hoping there was an easy way to put them together as a combo.

Any Ideas?

it would also be cool if this could be done by category.  IE.  Maybe I have 10,000 dvd's so the combo is a football and any dvd (not a specific dvd).

You could use a combination of related products and the discount features to achieve this. You would probably need to put something in your product description just stating details of your offer.

Can someone give more details on this? I don't believe the answer is correct unless you develop custom.
